SUPPLY LIST:

 

DRAWING MATERIALS/TOOLS:

 

•  a pencil

•  charcoal - even a black soft pastel will do!

•  any other interesting drawing media (eg. watercolour crayons, water-soluble graphite sticks, pastels either oil or soft - IF you have)

•  black and white acrylic paint and other colours you may like bring along

•  brushes - a big round brush (if you have) and a variety of others 

•  a palette knife 

•  a brayer (if you have)

•  a squeegee

•  Bulldog clips, masking tape to hold paper to boards 

•  Matte/gloss/gel medium for pasting

•  Paper towels, rags, water containers and a plastic covering for table top

 

PAPER:

 

•  We need lots! So…go buy a pad of cartridge or bond paper (18x22 pad) for exercises. If you can bring oversized its more fun !!

 

•  About 2-4  mixed media papers as well that would be great …22 x 30 or bigger. (Remember: bigger sheet will allow greater freedom!) You can bring a large canvas to work on instead of paper if you so wish.
