Travels inspire an artist. There is something thrilling about feasting your eyes on a ‘new’ vista. A different spot from your norm. The pulse is awakened. Eyes are filled with awe. A visit to Quebec City was fabulous. I ate escargots, parled ‘un peu de français’, cooled off with gelato, and strolled the cobble stone streets. This painting is a view across the river from Le Château Frontenac.
