Bizzy bees

I love this time of year when pollinators are feverishly hard at work making sure that flowers, native plants and crops will reproduce. My in-laws were bee keepers for many decades so I learned a lot about these industrious insects as well as the fascinating hierarchical apian world. In this painting, I tried to imagine the flight paths of a very small amount of bees for a very short duration.
