MGA Partnership with Espresso 21
The MGA takes great pride building creative relationships with the community. We would like to thank MGA member Jeannie Gagnon, for orchestrating and maintaining our partnership with Espresso 21 Cafe, 159E Main Street, Unionville. Exceptional members of the MGA who volunteer for key roles, are thanked with a special gift of a month long exhibition of their artwork at the Café! Espresso 21 Exhibiting Qualifications:
Members who volunteer in 2024 will be eligible to show in 2025, so long as they have renewed their 2025/26 membership and are in good standing. Member Volunteers may exhibit one time per year, then may volunteer again to exhibit the following year. Members who volunteer for ongoing roles (eg: Leadership Team or other key roles) may have the opportunity to choose their time slot first. If there is a time slot that needs to be filled urgently, the LT will fill it with a group show, this does not count towards the one show per year restriction. Artwork is subject to a jurying process by the E21 Show committee. Artwork must be appropriate to hang at the cafe, visually pleasing, professional, and reflect the aesthetics & quality of the business. Any concerns should be sent to the E21 committee. E21 is a gift to MGA volunteers, and exceptional MGA members. Being a current member of the MGA does not qualify a member to exhibit their work at the café.
Qualified volunteers who would like to exhibit after the 2025 schedule has been filled, may be added to a waitlist in case of cancellation. If a cancellation has not occurred, the volunteer will be given the opportunity to exhibit in 2026, if they still qualify to exhibit according to the above policy.
