Pastel and Charcoal

Drawing the female body has always been one of my most compelling and enduring interests. After years of studying and working with human anatomy, my practice gradually evolved beyond simply representing form. I became more focused on expressing emotion through the body and face, often incorporating exaggeration of form as a means of intensifying expression. In this particular drawing, I aimed to emphasize the emotional state and inner sensibility of the women portrayed, rather than merely their physical structure.
